Hurtta.com complies with the Consumer Protection Act and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's e-commerce guidelines. The customer has the right to cancel any distance sales agreement by a cancellation notice given no later than fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the product. If the product does not fit or meet your expectations, you are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. A non-collected package is not considered as a refund. For non-collected packages, an extra 14 € return fee is charged, which will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

Hurtta.com uses an electronic return form for returns. After filling and sending the electronic return form, please go to GLS and create the return label. After this, you are able to print out the return label which you should then attach to the parcel and take the parcel to your nearest GLS service point. Please keep a copy of the return receipt until Hurtta has received the parcel. Attach the original Order Confirmation to the returned product. A 14€ return fee is charged which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. If you choose another return method, any cost related to the return will not be covered.

The returned product must be unused, in unaltered condition and in condition for resale. The product must be shipped well-packaged, in good condition and preferably in its original box and / or packaging. The customer is responsible for any decrease of value, and Hurtta.com has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product in comparison with the original product from the refundable amount.

When a customer returns the order made in the online store, Hurtta.com will refund the payment and attempts to use the same payment method used by the customer in the original purchase transaction, unless otherwise agreed. A 14€ return fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. The refund does not cover any additional costs caused by other than the standard delivery method offered to the customer. If only part of the order is returned, delivery costs will not be refunded and a 14€ return fee will also be charged for a partial return. Hurtta.com will in cooperation with the payment service provider refund the paid amount to the customer without undue delay, but no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the customer’s cancellation notice, if the purchased product is returned to Hurtta.com as described above.
